Return and Refund Policy

Digital products

Zahlung DE AI sells digital ebooks. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no postal return process or return shipping charge. This does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning faulty or undelivered digital content.

Statutory right of withdrawal

The following notice applies to consumers who have a statutory right of withdrawal, including qualifying purchases by consumers in Germany and the European Economic Area.

You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is calculated from the date the contract is concluded and does not start before you have received the required information about your withdrawal right.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision, for example by email or post, to:

You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending your withdrawal statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

You may also use our online withdrawal function at [WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION]. After submission, we will promptly send an acknowledgement in a durable form, such as email, containing your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

Refunds following withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will return all payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement.

We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a different method that does not cause you any fees. We do not charge a refund fee.

Your bank’s processing may affect when a credit appears on your statement; this does not limit any statutory deadline.

When a withdrawal right can end early

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right can end early only when the applicable legal conditions are met. These include:

• Your express consent to supply before the withdrawal period ends.

• Your acknowledgement that this consent causes you to lose the right when performance begins.

• Our beginning performance.

• Our providing the legally required contract confirmation.

A statement that an item is “digital”, or general acceptance of our terms, does not by itself remove your withdrawal right.

Missing, incorrect or faulty content

Contact mail@foamedsa.shop if a download is missing, a file does not work, the wrong content was supplied or the product does not match its agreed description. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem if possible.

We will investigate and arrange delivery or a remedy as required. Your statutory rights, including correction or replacement, a price reduction, termination, a refund or damages where the legal conditions are met, remain unaffected even if a withdrawal right has ended.

Other refunds

We do not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind return right beyond your statutory rights and any guarantee expressly included in the relevant offer.

We will investigate duplicate charges and refund amounts collected without entitlement. Your rights in relation to your payment provider remain unaffected.
