Digital delivery only

Zahlung DE AI sells digital ebooks. We do not ship parcels. There are no shipping or physical return shipping charges, and no parcel tracking number is issued.

How you receive your ebook

We send a download link to the email address entered at checkout. Additional access options are available only where stated in the product description.

Please provide an accurate, accessible email address.

Delivery timing

Unless a different period is agreed on the product page, delivery takes place without undue delay after successful payment.

Where you have a statutory withdrawal right, we begin delivery before that period expires at your express request. Without that request, delivery takes place after the withdrawal period ends.

Format and access

The relevant product description explains the file format, language and special technical requirements. Any agreed access period or download limit is also stated there.

Keep a secure copy of downloaded files for your permitted use. Promised access rights and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If you still have no link, a link does not work or your email address needs correction, contact mail@foamedsa.shop and include your order number if possible.

We will investigate and arrange delivery or a remedy in accordance with our contractual and statutory obligations. Your legal rights if delivery does not occur remain unaffected.
